Busylizzy provide pre and postnatal exercise classes. One monthly membership gives you access to either a Pregnancy Package with access to our Mums to Bee range of classes, whilst the Pick'n'Mix 8 for mums of little ones membership gives access to Mummy & Me Fitness classes where baby comes along as well as fun Baby classes. All your classes are in one monthly package and whats even better, if you don't use all of your credits they roll over each month. Classes can be cancelled up to two hours before and booked up to 30 minutes before a class. Minimum membership is only 3 months so no yearly tie in... we know how important flexibility is and this is embedded in everything we do! Try your first class for free!
